技术性能
Technical performances
1.导体应采用符合GB3953规定的软圆铜线，其标称直径为1.0mm。
Soft round copper wire with nominal diameter of 1.0mm conforming to GB3953 shall be adopted.
2.绝缘:
Insuiating layer
a.绝缘应采用聚乙烯塑料，并制成红、绿、白、蓝四种颜色。
PE plastics shall be adopted as the insulating layers and made in red green white and blue.
b.绝缘标称厚度为0.6mm，允许偏差为±0.1mm。
Nominal thickness of the insulating layer:0.6mm,lolerance ±0.1mm
3.线组:
Wire setup
a.对线组由两根不同颜色的绝缘芯绞合而成。
The double wire setup consists of fwo insvlated cores of different colors twisted.
b.星形四线组由四根不同颜色的绝缘芯绞合而成。不同绞合节距的星形四线组应疏绕不同颜色的非吸湿性丝或带。
The starshaped fourwire setup consists of four insulated cores of diflerent colors twisted, The startshaped fourwire setyps of differ enrtintertwisting pitches shall have their respective non-hygroscopic fiber or tape of difterent colors.
c.对线组和星形四线组均为左向绞合，其绞合节距应不大于300mm。
The doublewire setup and star shaped fourwire setup adopts leflward !wisting with the Intertwisting pitch not more than 30mm.
d.星形四线组A端线序、组序排列应符合TB/T2476.1的规定。
The wire sequence at end A in stan shoped fou-wire selup and the sequence of arangement shol comply with TB/12476.1.
4.缆芯:
Cable ccre
a.除四芯电缆外，其他规格的缆芯外层绞合方向均为右向，相邻层绞向相反。
Except the fourcore cobles, the outer layvers of the cores of ol other cables Iwist rihtward with the neighboring loyvers twisting in contrary direction.
b.电缆A端线序、组序排列应符合7B/T2476.1的规定。
The sequenco of wire at end A oand the sequence of orangement shall conform to TB/T2476.1.
c.缆芯外应包覆塑料带或其他绝缘材料带。
The cable core shall be ciothed with plastics tope or other insulating tapes.
5.外护套:
Outer sheath:
a.电缆外护套的技术要求及试验方法应符合GB2952规定。
The technical equrements and test methods for the outer sheath shall comply with GB2952he electical pertomances and test mtods of cables.

2.电缆应进行低温卷烧或低温拉伸试验，试验温度为-15℃±2℃，其技术要求和试验方法应符合GB2951.12或GB2951.13的规定。
Cables shall be subjecf to lowtemperature roling or lowtemperature stretch test with the test temperature of -15℃±2℃. Thelechnical requikements and test methods shall comply wlth GB2951.12 or GB2951.13
交货长度
Cable length for dellvery
①.500m及以上的电缆不少于总交货的50%;50m至250m的短段电缆交货长度不超过总交货长度的5%。
Cables with length not less thon 500m shall nof be less than S0% of the total; those with length between 50 and 250m shall nol exceed 5%.
②.电缆长度计量误差应不超过±0.5%。
The error of cable length calculation shall not exceed +0.5%.
③.根据双方协议，允许以任何长度电缆交货。
Cable of any length acceptable subjecl to the agreement belween buyer and seller.
