1.综合护套
Overal heatha
a.铝带
Aluminum tope
A.综合护套用铝带的标移厚度为0.2mm.钢带至少有一面涂置聚合物薄膜,铝带纵包重叠部分宽度应不小于6mm,直径9.5mm及以下电缴的纵包重叠部分宽度应不小于铝带圆周的20%。

Alleast one slde ofthe aluminum, tapes coated wlth polymerizodfini Overlap wldth of aluminum tape shall not be less than 6mm, The overlap width tor cablos wlth diameter up to 9,5mm shall be not lessthan 20% of the crcum'eronco of the aluminum tape.
B.铝带应连续。铝带连续性的试验方法采用电铃或指示灯进行导通试验。
The aluminum lope sholl be in continual form. Elechic bell or ind cator shol be odopted for conducting test 1o test the continutyolthe aluminum tape.
b.聚乙烯护套
PE sheoth
a)聚乙烯护套应粘附在铝带的聚合物薄膜上,铝带与来乙烯护套之间的剥离强度应不小于0.8N/mm。
PE shath shall altach on the poiymerized fim of the aluminum tape. the pooling stength botween aluminum tope and PE sheathshal be notioss than 0.8N/mm
b)聚乙烯护套应具备完整性。
其试验方法应符合GB3048.10规定,电压有效值至少为8kV或直流12kV,试验可在挤塑工序上进行。
PE sheath shall be complete. The test methods shall comply with G83048.1. The effective value of voitgo shall be atleast 8kV, or DC12kV, The test can be conducted on plastics extruding process.
c)允许聚乙烯护套与铠装钢带的内衬层一次挤出,其标称厚度为1.8mm,最小厚度为1.5mm。
其试验方法应符合GB2951.3规定。
The PE sheath and ormoting stoel tape can be extruded in one fime with tho nominal thickness of 1 8mm and minimum thicknoss ot1 5mm. The test method shall comply with G82951.3.
②理想屏蔽系数:电缆理想屏蔽系数应不大于0.8,其中9芯及以下电缆护套上的感应电压为50~ 200V/km, 12芯及以上电缆护套上的感应电压为35~200V/km.其试验方法应符合GB5441.9规定。
ldeal shloiding coeficient: the ldeal shiolding cettident shall be not more thon0.8. Tho induced voltage of the sheaths for 9core orbelow cobles shall be 50~200V/km; that of 12-core and above cobles 35~200V/km.
The fest method shal comply with GB5441.9.
③电缆的其余技术要求与试验方法,应符合TB/T2476.1的规定。
Al other technical requroments and test methodt shal comply with 78/12476.1.
